I love this place. The staff are excellent inkeeping this place very clean. They are very helpful with anything you need helpfor. The bathroom isalways very clean. Ialways see the staff cleaning. Holly the day shift manager isso sweet. Ihighly recommend this place for all your workout needs. You won’t regretit.

Manager extremely rude. Wewanted topurchase day passes tosee ifwe wanted tojoin. They don't sell day passes you have tojoin. She tossed the ipad atus and told usto fill out the information sowe could start amembership. Never offered atour orto goover pricing. Asa former owner ofa PFI was appalled atthe rudeness ofthe manager. Don't know ifthe club isclean orif the machines worked again was never offered atour. Iwill forward myexperience tocorporate and hopefully the owners from Cincinnati will train their manager with regards tocustomer service.… – show

I love ithere! Very clean and chill atmosphere. Idon't feel uncomfortable atall, which isa big one forme. Ihonestly can get lost intheir massage chairs. 10/10I'll beback.

It's areally nice place togo workout. Ialways take mybluetooth headset cause Ican listen tomy favs. The best part isthat it's always aclean place and Ican take mydrink incause Iwill get thirsty. Would beawesome ifthere was more towatch onthe big screens while working out instead ofthe same things over and over.

Management ishorrible! How doyou call yourself afamily oreven alegitimate business when management can just demote afull time employee who was just the employee ofthe month just amonth ortwoago? Nowarning orwrite ofany type, aperson can gofrom hero tozero. This iscompletely unacceptable and not the way you run abusiness. Apparently this isstandard practice for this gym and not the first time ithas happened. Treat people like you want tobe treated! These people have billsto pay and you are ruining their livelihood and most likely their credit ifthey can’t pay their bills now due tocrummy part time hours. Iwould like ananswer from the owner onthis one please. Iam amember there aswell but this isabsolutely wrong and Ibelieve anyone with common sense would agree.… – show

Greatgym! Affordable monthly fees! Friendly staff! Ipersonally love the 30min workout area, and the HydroMassage beds (for post-workout)! And the planet fitness app ishelpful and easy touse. Ilike that Ican track myexercise activities ontheapp.
